Steels have signed Stuart Ludlam from retford he plays right back and is supposed to be quite good
Re: Stuart Ludlam
Nice the defence is certainly being bolstered for next season, we did let in alot of goals last season especially when people were injured or suspended. . A friend of mine reckons he his one of the best full backs in the league

Spoken to a few of thier fans and they are gutted he's left, they have the opinion we are building quite a team. He's been at retford for about 5 years and were hoping he would stay. if its right about the tax man and the way they are shedding players is going to be a hard year if they make it to August.
Re: Stuart Ludlam
Mr Marrow is bringing in some quality players this term, aand it seams that retford are in big big trouble.

I've heard nothing but that doesn't mean we haven't. If we have, then I'm not sure how the Rinky situation would affect it? I would be surprised if we signed someone now as whoever the new manager is would want to bring in his own players I would imagine?

Re: Stuart Ludlam
The romour was right. But give Mr ludlam credit he has decided to stay with stocksbridge and not be tempted by thier money. The team is strong and those who are not getting much pitch time I ask them not to womder but stay with us and things will come. Injuries and yellow red card teams will tot up, but this should not matter with a team and squad like we have.
